EPERIA in cooperation with the Slovak Arm Wrestling Association organizes the 30th annual competition for the strongest male and female student in arm wrestling under the name "STRONG HAND". After last year's success, we continue in the categories up to 12 and up to 15 years old and add new weight categories, mainly for elementary schools. For high schools, there are 6 categories prepared for over 15 years old. The best school this year wins a trophy, students receive diplomas and medals. Schools can participate in the competition if they occupy at least one girls' and three boys' categories!

The competition will be with the right hand only.
Presov Region will take place in Presov on 10.10.2025, from 9:00 to 10:00- weighing, 10:00 start of the competition.
The school can nominate a student in each weight category. In one category, a maximum of five competitors from one school is allowed. We ask teachers to carefully check when enrolling students in categories, as there were several mistakes at the last competition. To avoid problems during the presentation of competitors, we ask you to fill in the online registration form in advance (by 8.10.2025 by 12:00). The first 8 from each category can advance to the final from each region of Slovakia. The final will take place on 7.11.2025 in Banska Bystrica at EUROPA SC.
